We buy the freshest ingredients and make everything fresh in house.
Tim Jermann, an Independence native has spent the last 25 years in kitchens learning the craft of cooking and recently came back to open his lifelong dream: his own locally owned restaurant. Growing up near Cleveland, in Independence, he worked at Angie’s Pizza in Brecksville- for his own Grandmother starting at the age of 6, until she sold it in 1992. Starting out at Mitchell’s Fish Market in Columbus Ohio while attending The Ohio State University was the beginning of his professional culinary career.
Fresh dough and aged bourbons are the backbone of the new concept, but we remain focused on some new twists on a classic dish. Our signature Pepperoni Pickle Pizza with Hot Honey, our New Margherita Pizza is quickly becoming popular along with our “Everything But the Oink” with Sweet Thai Chili Base, Pulled Pork, Fresh Jalapeno, Onion, and Pineapple. Our Garlic Knots showcase our house made dough that we ferment for 72-96 hours to create a unique flavor and texture you aren’t going to find anywhere else- married with our red sauce for dipping after they are tossed in home-made garlic butter, then smothered with Parmesan.
